- What is the working procedure?
Our Solution Process is phased in four stages:
Analysis
GraphoNET Team would work with your team in analyzing your requirements and building
the system requirements specifications (SRS) if one is not ready or available.
This would be a rigorous exercise with ideas flowing in from all the sides about
what could work!
Design
In the design phase, GraphoNET technical teams along with the functional teams
would develop the technical system design. This phase also involves the selection of
technologies.
Development
Applications are developed by the programming teams, as per the System requirement
Specifications developed. Proven project management experience of GraphoNET would ensure
that your project is executed on time and every time. Development process
includes stringent quality standards and testing to ensure the quality of the end systems.
Implementation
GraphoNET implements the application on your systems either online or onsite based
on the requirements. We provide support in each step of the way, to ensure that your
system is running smoothly!
- What are the terms of service?
50% is due at the start of the project and 40% is due upon completion.
The final 10% is due 7 days after we handover the solution.
For larger projects a milestone payment structure is offered.
Any changes at a later date will be reflected in the subsequent order forms.
- Have you worked with companies abroad - without actually meeting them?
GraphoNET prides in providing managed offshore services, be it in Israel, India or
USA. We have wide areas of experience in designing, implementing and managing such
solutions.
- What are the normal delivery times?
Design
We provide the initial design in 7 - 10 working days.
Application Design
We provide the initial design in 7 - 10 working days.
- Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs. We believe in providing all the details upfront which
will assist in nurturing a long term relationship with all our clients.
- What are the payment types you accept?
We accept the payments by check, bank transfers and all major credit cards.
